2. The points of the cards from smallest to biggest are (ignore the suit): A 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 J Q K.
3. The suits of the cards from smallest to biggest are: ♦(Diamonds) ♣(Clubs) ♥(Hearts) ♠(Spades); for example, ♠8 is bigger than ♥8, ♣8 is bigger than ♦8;
3. If the points and the suit of the both sides are the same, the outcome of game is Tie, the bets on Dragon and Tiger will be returned.
